By accessing and purchasing from Black Flame Archives, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

All products sold are digital music downloads delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License & Usage

When purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music according to the license type selected at checkout.

You may:

  • Use the music in personal and commercial projects (depending on license)

  • Use in videos, games, podcasts, streams, writing projects

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files

  • Upload the music as standalone content on streaming platforms

  • Claim the music as your own

  • Use the music for NFT resale or AI dataset training

3. Attribution

Unless an extended license states otherwise, attribution is required when reasonably possible:

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not store payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, and branding remain the property of Black Flame Archives.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
