By purchasing from Black Flame Archives, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products sold are digital audio files delivered via instant download.

No physical goods are shipped.

2. License & Usage

All music is protected by copyright.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the music according to the selected license type.

You may:

  • Use the music in commercial and non-commercial projects

  • Use in games, films, YouTube, streaming, podcasts

  • Monetize content containing the music

You may NOT:

  • Resell the files as standalone products

  • Redistribute, share, or upload the raw files

  • Claim authorship of the compositions

  • Upload the music to streaming platforms as your own release

Ownership of the music remains with Black Flame Archives.

2.1 Attribution Requirement

When using music or visual assets from Black Flame Archives in a published project, you must provide proper credit.

The credit must clearly state one of the following:

Music by Black Flame Archives
or
Music from Black Flame Archives
or
Original soundtrack by Black Flame Archives

If visual artwork is included in your licensed product:

Artwork by Black Flame Archives

The credit must be placed in a visible location appropriate to the medium, such as:

  • Game credits screen

  • YouTube description

  • Film credits

  • Project documentation

Failure to provide proper attribution constitutes a violation of the license agreement.

If attribution is not possible due to platform limitations, please contact us for written permission.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment providers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
